• The below applications are for Deed Restricted properties only. To apply for Town of Telluride Rental Properties (Shandoka, Virginia Placer, Tiny Homes, Sunnyside, Boarding House, and Voodoo), please visit the Telluride Housing Department Website HERE.
• Please review the CHECKLIST at the top of the applications carefully. SMRHA can not process incomplete applications.
• SMRHA does not keep a waiting list. Please do not apply until you have identified a property to occupy or purchase.
