The Owner Portal is designed to provide secure, convenient access to important property information, including household details, contact information on file, and recorded deed restriction documents.
If you have not yet received your invitation link, please contact us at admin@smrha.org, and we will be happy to assist you with access.
Within the portal, you will find the following information:
- Your recorded deed restriction
- Your property ownership deed
- Household and contact information currently on file
- Tenant information (if applicable)
