Housing Opportunity Fund
The Telluride Foundation provides grants & forgivable loans to qualified buyers and renters moving into housing they’ve obtained. This financial support is intended to lend a hand for those “last mile” housing acquisition costs: down payment or closing costs for buyers, or first/last month rent or security deposit for renters.

Colorado Housing and Finance Authority
Through their statewide network of approved lenders, CHFA offers home purchase loans; and grants and second mortgage loans for down payment and closing cost assistance.

Habitat for Humanity Rehabilitation program
Housing Rehabilitation Program for low to moderate-income homeowners in Montrose, Ouray and San Miguel Counties. The purpose of this program is to provide financial assistance for general repairs and improvements that will improve the health, safety and welfare for owner occupied homes.
